Why Are Vegetables So Good for Humans?

i think people get like, religiously challenged when i say vegetables are maybe not great for humans. Many of those chemicals can actually be defense chemicals that are meant to dissuade predation by herbivorous oromi as animals and potentially humans. evolutionarily, homo rectus, homohabalus, are sort of hometed ancestors in the last four million years. So this is not really conjecture. This is botanical science. These defense chemicals are real thei're document there's hundreds of thousands of them, but we sort of ignore them when we're tinking about vegetables.
