Emily Snowrood is an associate professor in ecology evolution and behavior at the University of Minnesota. Roadside served highly polluted sites, but if you study human environments, that's just kind of where you end up working. We use a chose runoff for basketball seeds stuck in tires for invasive species. "It is scary to be this close to the road," she says.
