Sleep Paralysis - The Small Man
I've read up on sleep paralysis. What I have is exactly what they describe. I can't move. Breathing is difficult. But there's more. He's in the corner of the room. The small man. If my head is just right I can see him from the corner of my eye. His mouth is moving and it's too fast to see. Too soft to hear. Irony isn't all I have left. There's a little bastard voice kind of soft at Wispous. That's where you could have changed it all. Except that choice was yours. And so is the voice of regret.
