Ravi Agrawal: Next step would be to get stem cells from a person. And then just do gene editing, he says. But we've got the tools now to genetically engineer the sort of changes into a person's cells and make it as though they were naturally a carrier of this CCR5 Delta 32 mutation that gives you resistance to HIV.
