And if you could say no and not feel guilty about it, in those situations, you wouldn't have these thoughts because these thoughts are saying I'm weak minded for caring. J Smith: Maybe getting those second layer thoughts might help me do positive reframes on the first layer. When I say no, I feel guilty, we can say when I feel Guilty, I feel proud.
