How to Build a Go to Market Function
The first 10 to 20 customers should be coming from founder-led sales. You need to have your founder selling to each and a prospect. If you make the mistake of giving your product out to customers that were using it for free, you are being unfair to your account executive. Once you know you're averaging around $20,000 per month, that is able to get you consistent revenue. It's time to scale this team up and hire a lot more people.
