The Importance of Intentionally Equitable Hospitality

The idea of intentionally equitable hospitality is something that Mahabali and I have been working deeply around. We're constantly thinking about it because it is about the magic sauce of having hidden structure in a facilitation mode rather than in a pre-designed planning to pin it down mode if that makes sense. This whole idea of IEH is something that is an ongoing aspirational thing, not an arrival thing, but we're constantly think about it.
