The Energy Crisis in Central and Eastern Europe

Hungary has worked really hard to become net contributors to the European Union. That hasn't happened yet, but they're well on their way. And it's very tragic for Hungary because in so many ways they've bocked various kind of neoliberal orthodoxies. They want their young people to stay and that means they have to become sort of a site of primary manufacturing.
