Sleep Come Any Number of Times

Bhagavan: If a thought arises, to whom does it arise? To whom does it appear? To me? So we turn our attention back to ourselves. The same applies to sleep. Let's sleep come any number of times. When you wake up, turn your attention back to yourself. Perfect. And today, I think there's a limit to how much we can sleep. You may be able to stay in Nivikal Pasamadi for 300 years if you're an adept yogi. But unfortunately, none of us can sleep much more than eight hours a day.
