The vast majority of hireg managers expect you to do it. 99 point nine % of the job seekers that i have talked to, have never had an offer recended because they negotiated salary. But stepping outside of your comforts on having this conversation can lead to more money for you and frankly, about half a million dollars over the course of your career.
