The Importance of Accountability in the System
When you change the interest rate paradigm as quickly as we did, some people will be able to get back on side. Some of the smaller banks have that issue. They are making loans that the big banks will not make. So yes, we are going to have a reduction in credit contraction. We just wait to see all the leverage finance that has to refinance itself.
