Election of Directors

The first item of business of this meeting is to elect directors. I recognize Mr. Walter Scott Jr. to place a motion before the meeting with respect to election of directors. If there are any shareholders voting in person, they should now mark their ballots on the election for directors and allow the ballots to be delivered to the inspector of election. The ballot of the proxy holders received through last Friday cast not less than 996,892 votes for each nominee. That number far exceeds the majority of the many shares outstanding.
