How to Move to Less Traditional Methods for Ungrading
I would say we laid out these four pillars your content standards helpful feedback marks and indicate progress and reattempts without penalty if a professor picks one of those pillars and trying to drills into it on just a handful of assignments that's definitely progress in the right direction. There are some small-scale methods you might think about let's say instead of grading your final exam how about ungrading your final exam? You can roll in aspects of alternative grading systems whatever seems to resonate with you on small-scale individual assignments or something like that. We don't ever want to give the impression that you have to go all in on one particular grading system in order to be cool or be a good professor
