The Importance of Playful Software

Rasmus: I always go back to this idea of, you know, we don't have a whole lot of mortal life and it would be a shame to spend the next two to four years of it working with people you didn't care for. So surround yourself with people you admire and you want to become more like and that will come true. It's also my connect a little bit to our topic of playful software because to my mind, one aspect of playfulness is sort of undertaking the process and the work for its own sake without a lot of accountability to the end result.
