Christian leaders and pastors like me find it so difficult to be in solitude and silence. One of the biggest challenges is that christian leaders, as well as probably other kinds of leaders, are very identified with their leadership roles. And i think o the most painful parts of a leader entering into solitude and silence is that they have to face where their significance is really coming from.
