Eugene: I think it has to be dollar based. If they're willing to totally lose their tip on this table, but because that person's being double, so if they tip well, you're getting a double tip. But your table could then counter back and say, here's why you shouldn't give it to them for that much money. What if we do a debate restaurant where you have to give an argument and then the waiter?
