Every pound of lean meat that you can consume, white fish, ground turkey breast, 96, four ground beef is 100 grams of protein. So if you need 200 grams, you need two pounds. If you lose too much weight too fast, go to 11, not a big deal. You can adjust it. And part of that is because you can measure in hundreds with pounds.
