Commercial Surrogacy

In New York State commercial surrogacy is pretty much entirely legal. There's a push underway in the UK to liberalise surrogacy laws, which it always means making them clear for buyers. I think there's just more cultural scope, at least in some parts of the U.S., than would be within the Overton window in a lot of European countries.
