i didn't even know the word regulation as something that applied to me. We went through and figured out, from a communication standpoint, from an inneractive standpoint,. From a regulation standpoint, like what your profile was, where you needed support. And i remember driving along and having this conversation about sensory seeking and your need for intensity.
