The Isolationist Wing of the Republican Party
I want to ask you about Reagan because he's still sort of a vaguely venerated name in the Republican party. But I'm wondering what you think he would think of what he's seen of the Republican party now. There's a much different set of principles that animate a lot of the Republican base now than when Ronald Reagan got elected. I don't think he'd be very happy today. And so while Ronald Reagan actually created the first semblance of populism in the GOP, it's changed today.
