i'm definitely a hybrid of the two. i love all the process pieces in figuring out how to we track things and e scaled, like the stuff that we put in place at sales for yono. The on boarding piece, on boarding a new userepleater takes a really long time. So focussing on those things first, i thinkonow the things that are taking them most time, but are the least valuable.
