It's interesting to see mcrinus attitude towards caracala. He doesn't condemn him officially, so he doesn't ordert the senate to pass an act authorizing damnatu memoria. The senate really has no option, but they don't be happy about it. I mean, they don't feel there's any vibal alternative, and so they go along with it.
