Juice Plus says they first find farmers who harvest at the peak of ripeness. Then they freeze the fruits or veggies and dry them to remove the water then create colorful powders with what's left. The ingredient list for these capsules is pretty simple. They claim that these capsules support cardiovascular wellness, the function of the immune system, lung function, and healthy skin and gums. These aren't as expensive as I thought they would be either.
