The Fear of Suffering

As leaders, we don't want to ever have anything go wrong. And yet when something goes wrong, it might be on your team where people argue and they're a little bit tough on each other. In our organizations, if we prevent problems, we're going to end up creating really unnatural ones. So it's so ironic that our quest for perfection drives us into an ugly imperfection rather than a natural one.
