Stacking a Recurring Revenue Pie

Some of your customers have built part of this already, which i think is the medi middle of the answer. One in particular pulled it, pulled a free package off the shelf, built out maybe 60 % of it. And his users kept coming back to him saying, ok, well, i know that i can, like, search on these criteria. Can you add another criteria? Can he add another one? He didn't want to spend all my time doing this when the product is really something else.
