foundation training is a body weight protocol. We're re training your axial skeleton, the spine, the rib cage, the head. Now when you're adding external resistance, you're adding axial loads. Both are circumferential. Ours is above the diaphragm,. whereas bracing for external resistance and heavy lifting is below the diaphagm. Its not what decompression breathing does decompression. Breathing creates expansion. And it teaches the muscles that expand to the rib cage to learn, during exhalation to remain expansive - which challenges the diaphaggm eccentrically.
