How Do I Scale Up and Start to Introduce Impactful Ideas?
There's a difference between how do I scale up and start to introduce impactful ideas or potentially interaction within the company. There's a threshold here that if you start to get buy in right first thing executive sponsors yeah that's a great idea. Then that part of that conversation is fantastic. But driving things is different than complete ownership unless the organization shifts behind you with that, at least that's my opinion. And so we need somebody to backfill my role or at least come in at half capacity so I can start spending time in that area.
