How Do You Find New People to Work With?

The inner life of people is such an interesting thing, and it's so deeply imbedded into literally everyone, right? If you're looking round, you see a person, unless they are completely drugged out of their minds, they have this conversation going on in their head at all times. And i think whether that's the catholic faith or some other faith, i'm superinterested in figuring out how other people commune with that voice or those voices. So tell me about your, your work. You have some interesting ways of brute forcing and figuring out, like, who would be a good person to reach out to?
