Sensitive and Intense - What's Going on in the Classroom?

Sensitive and Intense is a year-round online course. The authors of the course will host live Q&A every other week to answer questions as you're going through the course. There are two versions: Community and Support, which is held one time of year; and Healthy Rhythms for Daily Life, which dives into specific areas like sleep or chores. registration is open right now but closes in early March.
