There were things that happened in life that at the time we never thought we would get through or we thought might break us or felt so hard and looking back years gone by, they can be some of the greatest experiences of our lives and actually we could reverse engineer. Now we're out of the problem how we solved the problem, whether it was a divorce or a business breakup or writing a book that took you years. Most people don't realize how many things to figure out. Your life is the greatest inspiration for all the things you have struggled through and transcended in your life. You just have to trace the steps going back and create a little reverse engineered system and model. So as an example, my business partner and I have finished 159 tenant, 130,000 square foot development that took five years is worth 25 odd million dollars and had all sorts of planning issues, builders and contractors going bust on us left, right and center. You name it, we add issues but we got it done and we could create the most hard core like five day masterclass course on everything we learned. And at times when our main contractor went bust and they sunk 350,000 pounds of our cash with them, in that moment we were like how are we going to find another main contractor, this is a real issue, I want to lose that kind of money. But then we ended up becoming the main contractor and we'd have never have thought about that before and then we learned how to be a main contractor, not even having a proper main contractor. So anything you've struggled with, you figured out reverse engineer, what it means is go back through, you take yourself outside of yourself because often you're so much in your own head you don't know what you know. But actually if you take yourself outside of yourself, have the helicopter view and go oh actually yeah that was a struggle figured that out, that was a struggle figured that out, create a little system, then that can create inspiration for the future. And that can create great content by the way. Anything that you struggled with in the past is great content for the present. The third way you can get inspiration for content brand business ideas is to follow people, influencers, creators, product leaders and then share your take on their content.
