Is the Woe Oracle a Prophecy?
Where we situate verse seven will color our reading of the relevant sections. Mica, or the editors of his prophecy, clearly wanted hearers to move from the message of woe to one of confident hope. These should not be viewed as hermetically sealed off from each other in a situation where there is no one to trust.
