Where's the line between advertising, hiping, a little bit of self promotion, and outright fraud? It's, i think, deliberately, very fuzzy. You're still obligated not to directly lie to consumers. There is no mandatory minimum sentence for these charges. So they're saying there is a chance she can get away with zero jail time.
