The more we talk and the more I think about what you're saying It's very hard not to shake off this idea that ultimately movement is very personal And We cannot be. If we haven't found that type of movement yet that we love Maybe we need to go on that search for that type ofmovement that we love. Trust that it could actually be meaningful, like a dance video or an obstacle course? Or maybe even there's a voice in your head that says I could never do that. That's the activity to move toward because it can change how you feel about yourself and what you believe is possible for your future.
