Is There a Land Supply Issue?
Rico says the problem is not build capacity, it's land availability. He thinks that if we were building 300 thousand houses a year, then we probably would have a problem in this country. Rico: We know there's a lot of land up there, but there's a restraint on delivering to them. But they're wrong. People don't like ugly new homes at the edge of their village or their town. They're wrong.
