The Role of Video in Intubation in Cardiac Arrest in the Emergency Department
Aaron Robinson published a paper in the journal of resuscitation looking at first attempt success with continued versus pause chest compressions during cardiac arrest. In this center, there wasn't a standard protocol for airway management during cardiac arrest but it was routine to use mechanical CPR and video laryngoscopy throughout these cases were commonly used. Rob: I thought this was absolutely brilliant paper and I love the video analysis that they're performing here because I think there'd be some fascinating bits which would come up from a technical perspective.
