The Evolution of Remote Work in Asia-Pacific Companies
Research suggests that benefits to the employer can be significant. 70% of companies reported an improvement in productivity when moving to remote work amongst those remote working employees. And then on the side of the employees who were able to work remotely, our studies and a number of other studies suggest that these employees who are working remotely have higher levels of self-reported job satisfaction.
