The first question that you recommend is just asking, what's on your mind? Why start there? I hope people hear that and they go, oh, that is simple, because what I want people to do is go, you know, I can actually do that. You know, that's relatively straightforward. It gets back to what you just said a little bit ago, which is, it's not about our agenda. But from a leadership standpoint too, if we really want to serve someone well and help them to develop their skills... We have an agenda certainly there, of course, but we also want to really find out from someone,You know, what do they need right now?
