Mapify - Culture Like Values
With mapify, we wanted to have a culture and a communication style inside the company that was incredibly open. We were having these open town hall meetings, and every and no question a couldn't be, couldn't be submitted,. And so i think that's a great example, because, of course, you can so easily say, i want to have an open, transparent culture, right? But if you're having, you know, every, every major conversation still happening behind close doors, you won't happen this culture,right? Even if you have it on every post on the wall.
