COVID and the Foreclosure Crisis?
Dan Imoglug: Things have just gotten worse under COVID. Values have gone up kind of in most cities instead of just the hot market cities, he says. Now, some of those values, there are signs that may be coming back down. But I also think it creates a possible opportunity thinking back to the foreclosure crisis,. If values do start dropping, cities, funders need to be ready to mobilize to acquire some of those properties because some of them could fall quite a bit.
