What Can I Get Done by the End of Tomorrow?

Chief executives need to really be willing to speak six languages. One of those languages is what you're describing, the language of the employees. Wall street has a whole different language and a different set of needs and goals. And so it is about incentives, an intentionality. When i say incentives, i don't no sthot, we mean money. If there's recognitive bias, we have a lot more wishful thinking in terms of our bias. We pay for one thing, and we're wishing for another to occur. It happens in organizations all the time.
