Can you sprout wheat berries before grinding them into flour, use sourdough or better digestibility? This is such a good question. My answer was that I just kind of mix things together until I get combinations that I like. You can make sprouted bread in and of itself. It's not sourdough, like the Ezekiel brand. And that has a lovely taste in and of themselves, but it's not actually sourdough. So, if you wanted to try that, sprout your grains and then making them into a sprouted bread,. That's another option.
