Not everyboy wants to be comfortable with other people coming into their house. Ame i haven't had clients that aren't cut out for it, but 've had clients that just want to live in their own property and not share rooms,. And in their case, they're just going to buy a property a year later and then turn that previous property into a rental. So there are no multiple ways to do it. It just ind depends on your situation and where you want to be in the next five years.
