Gregor: Even though we see progress gender bias implicit bias is still very strong and so it the specific form it will take will always vary. Women tended to be seen as not visionary by their male colleagues by the way not their female colleagues. We're seeing a lot of those biases sadly still there but ask me something else so we can end on the more upbeat no well I think I know you're at Gregor since a great resource he publishes monthly newsletter talking about women in vision.
