What Are the Main Types of Credit Card Fraud?
There's two, you know, main categories we hear about. There's obviously the fraud that criminals perpetrate and either individually or organized crime. And then the other category that is often talked about is what goes by the moniker friendly fraud. It's really where a cardholder has repudiated that they've authorized to purchase perhaps someone else in their family that made the purchase and they say it wasn't them authorized. The other possibly is they'll claim they haven't received the goods.
