The One Million Signatures and the Arab Spring

Since the Islamic Republic, only positive thing that had happened was some of the veiled women felt more comfortable to come out in the public. So they became a lot more open-minded and demanding. The one million signatures were sort of an excuse to mobilize. And also I can't think that it could have happened or it could continue as it is doing if it weren't for technology.
