Ezekiel's Inventing Angelic Visions From Whole Cloth
Ezekiel is not the first scholar in this religious tradition to describe angelic beings. The best example i came across was in revelation, which is obviously way later. But then also there is isaiah and daniel. Cause lik in daniel, the throne of god is described as having wheels. So he's like drawing upon images that are, that exist in this a sort of cultural milu or at least evidence towards ye.
