Heller havi: The biggest difference between two parties when it comes to how they conduct their affairs in washington is this. In my opinion, democrats inspire their base to get to the outcome that they want. It seems to me that what you witnessed last week, over the continuing resolution, is just a living, anecdotal confirmation of that credo.
