Is There Too Much Top Down Leadership?
I think it's because people are not creating cultures where everyone counts. You know, over 80% of people don't have leadership development plants. So I think that the toxic leadership is obviously an issue out there. And then when you look at our country, I don't think anybody feels like we have the best people in the world running, running our government. We need somebody that can step up and, and, and get people inspired by what America has to offer.
