Ukraine - Is Ukraine Responsible for the Weapons?
CNN reported that once the aid weapons went into Ukraine, the US had no way to track it. A source described it as dropping it into a big black hole. CBS News said all this stuff goes across the border and then only 30% of it reaches its final destination. That report from CBS was pulled immediately after the Ukrainian government came out against it.
