Hannah writes about her struggle with anxiety and how she tries to overcome it. She has been doing a daily list of five things that make her feel good in the moment. The exercise was suggested by Hannah's friend Lizzie cooperman, who is also an anxious person. It can be as simple as writing down what makes you happy - or even just hearing your loved ones voice on the phone. To get rid of this 'anxiety' we need to focus on our real life experiences rather than negative emotions such as fear & stress.
